Phase 2: Fundraising to support later needs, and further delivery of supplies.
The focus of the second phase was to help the Okellos* meet their minimal needs for survival. The bulk of aid, to this date, has been during this phase. Thus far we have made the following disbursements to the Okellos*.

Though we now consider Phase 2 to be
completed, continuous aid for basic needs that characterized Phase 2
will also be needed until completion of the final phase. We are
confident and pleased that our efforts and your donations so far have
made life for the Okello* family a great deal more bearable. The
ultimate goal of this project, to break the cycle of poverty for this
family, has not yet been reached. We believe that Phase 3 will
acheive that, but in the meantime, the Okellos* still desparately need
your help.
Whether or not this family will have enough to eat next month,
